Well my initial upgrade was plagued with issues from blank screens that never lead to boot ups, and then the clean install, I still had one issue where the PC froze and when I did a hard reset it installed all the updates. But it shouldn't have lead to any problems, especially because the updates installed and the computer has worked better but not as good as it should have.
When I restart it has a much slower boot up, when it wakes up from sleep or a complete shut down and then a power up it boots up much quicker. Overall the PC is much slower and can't do many things it used to be able to do, like download something and watch a video at the same time. Even video streaming is much slower but my internet speed is the same
Put it in and got an event log what should I be looking for exactly?
Start up and shut down problems, it will tell you what is causing problems.
See this service was causing problems on my shut dwn on windows 7.

I looked it up, and multiple event logs have basically all the normal start up problems result in a longer start up, and this is when I restart not do a normal boot up. And the event logs have always been upon restarts not full shut downs, leading in up to 90 seconds of additional loading. The program's range from Skype, league of legends, windows explorer, steam, all these programs contribute to a longer load time.
