What model Optiplex? There are hundreds of different models. Also what keyboard, wired, wireless? Slow in specific applications or anything?

The Optiplex 755 is a Dell "legacy" model and not supported (no drivers) for Win 10. Dell only has XP and Vista drivers. Many functions may or may not be available in Win 10 for this model. How well it works is iffy.

Goggle voice??? Or do you mean Google voice?

I run Win10 IP Version 2004 Build 19541.1000 on my Dell OptiPlex 755 and have run the Insider Preview on it since it was called Technical Preview a few years ago. I had only one issue and it was because of no drivers for the onboard video, used an Add-in Sapphire ATI Radeon 2400 HD video card and has been working good since, no problems with the keyboard,
