copy and paste runs very slowly and never did before.

the picture you show is what the HDD looked like before i cloned it to the SSD.
the reason NNL9 shows the HP recovery partition is because i thought it best to include it during the clone.

i have uploaded three snips (macrium before SSD clone,.Clone of HDD to SSD, and what SSD looked like immediately after the clone finished).

As I wrote before, your system is a mess. It has a HP_Recovery (to restore Win 7) partition but doesn't have Win 10 Recovery partition.

You have not given me what I ask.
For example, I can see on the HDD System GQ0T (System, A...?). On SSD System GQ0T (Active, P....?)
Open Disk Manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc). Expand the whole window and columns. Take a snapshot and post it here. I want to see the whole window and the Status column.

Boot and Page File only shows on the disk that you're booting from. As you're booting from the HDD, it doesn't show on the SSD

That is not normal! If you are talking about making the flashdrive itself, it only takes 5 minutes or 10 at the most. There is something wrong with your transfer speeds. Have you checked your hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo??? What about your chipset drivers?

This is my Disk Manager image. My disks are EFI - GPT so it's different from yours that are Legacy MBR

i'm not familiar with all the technical nomenclature so please bear with me. as to Win 7 in Recovery partition, i have no idea why it's still Win 7 after i upgraded to Win 10.
