Hi Guys, yes my bios is up to date.

Sorry for beating a dead horse, but before we talk about temps.... can we answer the question to "will a dedicated video card be better for viewing the cams". Maybe we cant answer it yet? just wanted to know if we can answer that beforehand if possible. thank you
That is why I would like to see the graphics power but I don't think a dedicated video card be better for viewing the cams.

The high CPU usage is probably to compress the cams image before recording.
Also if the CPU temperatures are above 80ºC the CPU can throttle.
Can't you control the compression level on the cams software?

Depends on how your application + cameras uses the CPU and GPU. If it uses mainly the CPU then a standard consumer Graphics Card will make little difference.
The usage will vary with resolution and number of cameras. Do some tests like reducing number of cameras by 1 until CPU usage gets to less than 100%.

You can also monitor iGPU usage in several categories with the Windows 10 Task Manager, HD 530 in that processor.

You probably need a specialist Graphics card + application designed for that sort of scenario. It is way beyond what a "standard home user" would use a PC for.
