File explorer search does not find files in ver 1909 almost every day

    More change there in 20H1 it seems. I've posted a question on 20H1 to see if anyone will share their experience of it.

    I no longer have to re-index when the problem occurs [which is every couple of weeks but not on any obvious schedule].

    I just go to Task mgr, Services tab then stop & restart the search service.
    - Name - WSearch
    - Description - Windows search

    A lot quicker.

    These errors petered out.

    I updated to 20H2 four months after my last post. I have definitely not had any problems on 20H2.
