Windows 10 100% Disk usage..

Hello all,
First of all I apologize for my english I am not good enough.
So my problem is that my computer is really slow for no reason. On the Task Manager the disk usage is on 100% and when its on 0% and I open any program it turns one more time to 100...
I've already tested internet tips like turning of Superfetch, Windows Search etc...I also did A windows 10 reinstall..

Help me please..
I am using Windows 10 Family 1909

Once installed click on "Function" tab > Advance Feature > Raw Values > 10[Dec]

This presents error values in decimal amounts.

What is the overall health status of boot disk? Are any of the categories showing a warning? Are you getting seek, write or read errors? Have you gotten any "Reallocated Sectors"?

Thats the problem, Task manager detects high disk usage for games, google chrome, mozilla, steam, adobe... Litteraly everything makes the % goes to 90-100%

Post a screen shot
Just open and use snipping tool to capture full screen shot and open a reply and use right click Paste.

Do you play Grand Theft Auto and use FiveM?

If so, try shutting it off.
