SFC /ScanNow
Every time I run SFC ScanNow and it fixes something, upon reboot all I get is a black screen and cursor. I am forced to restore system with MR.

Hi, that appears to be an Insider build- as such, your problem might not be appropriate to be dealt with as a problem typical of stable Win 10 builds.
Try
SFC /verifyonly
to see what's flagged in the scan.

What happens with a reboot without running scannow?
Click these 4 keys when you have a normal window: Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
Then when there is a black screen click the 4 keys and report into the thread what you see and hear.
Everything works normally without running scannow. that is the only time I have black screen after rebooting after scannow. When I click the 4 keys I get black screen and clicking again I get a beep and normal screen.
1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) sfc /scannow
6) chkdsk /scan
7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
9) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}
10) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
11) After posting the results into the thread > boot into safe mode
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10
12) report into the thread whether there are problems booting into safe mode
(if there are problems report the results using the 4 simultaneous keys)
13) boot into normal mode > report into the thread whether there are problems booting using normal boot
(if there are problems report the results using the 4 simultaneous keys)
14) Run sfc /scannow > reboot > report into the thread whether there are problems booting using normal boot
(if there are problems report the results using the 4 simultaneous keys)
I followed your instructions with the exception of copy and pasting results. Being not so bright , I restarted without saving the copied information. Everything works exactly as it should now. I appreciate the help.
That's great news.
You are welcome.
