    Tiles Scroll Down in Start Menu


    I just purchased a new laptop. It's running Windows 10, which is also what my old laptop is running.

    With the new one, when I click the start menu, the start menu opens and the tiles "scroll down." This does not happen on my old laptop.

    Where is the setting that one might change this?

    Is one machine set to display the Start menu 'Full Screen' ? Compare the Start settings under Personalization

    Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Auto hide scroll bars > OFF
    Restart PC/Laptop.
    I found auto hiding scroll bars extremely irritating, trying to waft the pointer over the right area to get the scroll bar, and it is not obvious where the setting is.
