Service Host Network Service

In task manager I see the above is using 16% of my CPU all day. When I rebooted, it went away but came back. Any idea what this is?

I know which 1 it is. What do I do about it? Still going on day 2. Thanks.

The problem is all it does is run other programs so the list means nothing you need proccess explorer so you can see what its running https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...ocess-explorer
