    Welcome...

Thanks for all advice. My new SSD(480 GB) will be delivered tomorrow evening from Amazon...
Yes I have ODD(DVD), but its my wife laptop, then she don't need so big space to keep data(but it's a very good idea).. I will make a one partition (200 GB for system and the rest for data).....

    Regards

On another computer download and create a USB flash installation disk.

You don't need more than 80G for Windows and programs and use 400G for data.
During Win 10 installation move the C:/Users (80G) to D:/Users (400G). Use Kari tutorial
Moving the users folder to another disk / partition allows you to format and do a clean install on the system partition without loosing your data.

    Edit:
You should create the data partition during first steps using the installation disk.
Delete all partitions till you have one and only one unallocated partition.
Select "NEW" and create the fist partition (80G). The remaining unallocated partition (400G) will be for data.
Select to install on the 80G partition

If the laptop has 4G of memory or less, I recommend to install Win 7 32bits. Will run better than 64 bits.

    Welcome..
    @Megahertz... thanks for advice....

I usually install a new system this way. that I create a clean C partition (on which system folders self-create) and a clean D partition on which I collect all of my data.
To this new installation, which I will be performing in a few days (I have eye surgery tomorrow, so I will not be able to do it), I allready made a copy of all my data, on another external disk, and after finishing I will copying them back to a clean D partition. Therefore, I do not have to create a Relocated folder ...
I create the system in NTFS formation. I hope that on SSD, there is also an option for this kind of format ...
I tried to read this manual that you attached to your post, but it is very professional and incomprehensible to me ... pity you live so far away from me ...

I downloaded a copy of the new Windows 10 using MediaCreationTool from my laptop with this broken HDD. It lasted 5 hours but was finally able to save to USB.
Is it good that I downloaded this copy from a broken computer .. ?? I wanted the system to be activated from the previous key after installation ...

    Regards

Did you downloaded directly to the USB drive?
You should have used another computer to download the files.

As already said, it will activate without using any key.

Do you have any USB devices plugged in? Start working from nothing connected, bios settings, startup items, Possible Clean install. The other is to clear Pagefile, turn off Hibernate if off. Replacing with a SSD on a laptop does not make it prone to data loss as a platter deive can have happen.

...yes I used MediaCreatorTool with USB into a port. I did it in my broken laptop.....
Info after copy OS, showed that everything was OK and USB is ready to install a new OS.....

Tell me once again. If I make a new OS copy from another computer (ex. HP), can I install it on my broken laptop(Samsung) with a new SSD and the Windows 10 will activate without problem..? ?

Once I install OS on my third laptop ACER, but copy of clear system I took from torrent. It was not activate, then now I have to do it every 180 days by KMSauto...

Yes, it can be done but every computer has its own drivers. Samsung is different then a HP. You will loose more time trying
to make it working than a if you do a clean install. Do it right to do it once. Do a clean install.

If your ACER came with win 7 or win 8, you can do a clean install on it. Use the key that came with it.

There should be an option to boot from USB drive.
What is under APP Menu - setup?
Try to set UEFI Boot Support (last screen).

You said you have 8G of memory, but there is only one 4G stick. Where is the other?
