    Your USB is an ESD.
Can you open the USB disk in Explorer so I can see what is in it?
    Post the image here.

The USB drive seems to be ok.
Insert the USB drive on a USB 2.0 port. You must insert it before you start the computer.
Start the computer. Enter BIOS. You should see the USB drive under boot menu.
    I'm doing what you wrote...
When I press F9 during starting - laptop is switched off... (interesting.. yes..? ?)

Did you install Win 7 on the SSD on the Samsung? How did you do it? With a DVD?
If so, insert the USB drive on a USB 2.0 port and run Setup.exe. It will install Win 10.

    - Yes, it will activate. Just skip to enter the key.
    - Once you have downloaded the iso file, copy it to the Samsung with win 7
    - On the Samsung with win 7, download and install 7zip
    - With 7zip extract ALL files and folders to a folder on the SSD.
    - From this folder with the extracted files and folders run setup.exe to install win 10

Once you have installed Win 10 on the Samsung, dont delete the extracted iso. I'll give you instructions on how to make a USB installation disk from this iso extracted files and folders.
