Make sure you attach the USB drive to a USB 2.0 port, not USB 3.0

Normally when you start the laptop you press a F(?) key to launch a boot menu. Try F9
    Witch model is your laptop?

I did not understand your last post.
Open disk manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc). Is the USB drive set as Active?

I can't open Disk Manager, because I put a new SSD and I can see only BIOS menu

The USB drive seems to be ok.
Insert the USB drive on a USB 2.0 port. You must insert it before you start the computer.
Start the computer. Enter BIOS. You should see the USB drive under boot menu.
