Win10 restart and shutdown take several minutes on a ssd.

Disable startup items in task manager and use Autoruns64 to disable even more startup items also keep the paging file on the SSD it does very little read write so you'll be finee, also I recommend setting a specific size for the paging file since, if a program were to have a memory leak, it could modify the size of the paging file, but if you set a specific size, it wont change, I use 4096MB (4GB) paging file for all my computers.

Also, what you said there "sometimes the shutdown or the restart screen disapears to a blackscreen with the cursor i can move, eventually after a few minutes it shutdown or restart" could be an indicator of a background program thats refusing to end when asked to, or hangs.

Could you take a screenshot of your task manager "Details" and "Performance" tabs?

Oh, everything looks good there, have you disabled fast startup the correct way and not through the registry?

Also it may be conflicting drivers, since when you click during shutdown it goes black, could you also screenshot your "Device Manager" with the "Mice and other pointing devices" menu dropped down

About fast startup, it think it was disabled when i disabled hibernate a few months ago "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings, choose what power buttons do, change settings that are currently unavailable". Thats why i double checked in the registry, enabling or disabling it in the registry did nothing.

The problem is still there in safe mode.

Try performing a shut down / restart with the PS/2 mouse disconnected and the keyboard plugged in, so press CTRL + ALT + DEL and press tab til you get to the power button icon on the bottom right and shut down that way

Still got the same issue, also tried with mouse and without keyboard.

Oh well Im running out of ideas... Task manager > Performance > Open Resource Monitor on the bottom > CPU tab on resource monitor > drop down Services (like this but with the Services dropped down)> click Average CPU Usage til it pulls up the highes cpu using service and wait for like a minute for it to average out the usages and screenshot that

3) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

6) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
7) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
8) sfc /scannow
9) chkdsk /scan
10) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
11) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
12) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

13) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

14) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.
