If they come back, and they did in my case, simply apply the fix. You can always re-apply the original.
I've had no ill effects.

I don't use any of those mentioned software. I don't see this as spamming as you call it, I am posting on another forum simply to assure that more people can see this and to increase the chance of getting (useful) help. Furthermore, I didn't see any replies there when I posted my problem here.
Thanks for the info. Weird, because it hasn't fixed yet in my case. Perhaps I should wait longer in my case.
I don't get these errors when opening devices and printers. Not sure what actually triggers these errors at my end.
See my post above. Mine have not come back. Replace that URL with the direct one.
Many errors of Event 131 in Logs
I had a few return 131 errors again three days ago. They disappeared again the following day and haven't reappeared since so its something Im not worried about because Im not having any issues whatsoever. Are you seeing problems with your PC as well as those errors when they occur? I honestly don't know whats going on but my suspicion is its probably something to do with Microsoft's servers, particularly because my PC was a clean installation when I first saw the errors. They started immediately after a clean install
Same errors here from 3 days. Id131, id202, id201 and id200 when i restart, id 131 when i put on a usb drive or open Devices and Printers on the control panel.
I changed url in registry, changed device installation settings to "no", changed the internet time server without success.
I'm going crazy because yesterday and this morning I had no error, now they have reappeared.
Is it possible that is microsoft servers fault? We ALL should have these errors...
I'm seeing this too, but for me it only started a few days ago, I'd not seen the errors previously.
It surely must be a problem at the server end.
Changing the URL in the registry doesn't seem to help.
Hopefully they will sort it out soon. Presumably all Windows 10 users will be seeing this if the device update system is down, but the vast majority aren't aware of it of course!
