Hi, installed the October cumulative about two or three days ago, and have noticed the system is much slower to sleep, shut down and reboot than it was before.
I'm unable to revert back to the previous build as Windows seems to think I installed this more than 10 days ago and the option isn't there.
Is there any reported issues with this update and how do I get around it?

A cumulative update should be uninstallable. Do you perhaps mean you upgraded to build 1903 - a feature update?

No, I meant a cumulative update. I was already at 1903. This is why I can't understand why I can't revert.

18362.388 is the same as mine. Build 1903 - and this is the latest CU:

I've already explained Windows is in error thinking this CU was more than 10 days ago.

Cold boot is fine - same as it was. It's reboot, going to sleep and shutdown I have the issues with. That's what I've been referring to this whole thread.How long does it take from a cold boot to lock screen now, and how does that compare to previously?

it cannot be uninstalled. It is a required Security update.
