Windows 10 1903 hangs for 10-15 seconds randomly

    Hi!
I'm desesperate! I tried almost everything and I need some hints to get my issue resolved
Sometime, my computer is hanging for 10-15 seconds randomly and continue like normal. I can't do anything, but moving my mouse around my 2 monitors.
I replaced my Motherboard, CPU, Ram and case. The issue was there on my old build too. (CPU AMD 1600 + Gigabyte B350M-Gaming-3, anyway, don't bother right now)

My Spec is in my profile.
    What I did :
    1. Fresh install of Windows 1903 + AMD chipset drivers + AMD graphic drivers
    2. I RMA my Adata NVME, during that time, I cloned the partition on a SATA SSD. Same behaviour, i'm back on my new nmve drive
    3. RMA the graphic card (RX570)
    4. Changed my old PSU for a corsair vengeance 650W
    5. The issue never occured on a benchmark test. Only day to day applications (i'm working at home). The highest wattage during a benchmark test is 314W
    6. Bought a UPS with AVR (CP1000PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS). My normal load is between 214-240 watts. output voltage 116-117 volts

When the pc hangs, the wattage is going up at 288 watts, weird.

    CPU temp average of 44Celsius.

I attached a AID64 report to help me

    Hi.

I assume you have HDD, potentially more than one. Would it be safe to assume they sleep, that is power down. Then a call goes out, drives start their sequence up, wattage climbs, and when drives are ready machine "unlocks"

    Holy shhhhhi

    i never thought about that

I checked my AMD ryzen power management profil and the disk sleep was default (20 minutes). I'll try with disk sleep never tomorrow.

oops, didn't worked. I disabled all my disks in Windows. Unfortunately, I can't disable single sata ports on the bios

I disable C6 State in the same time. I'll test it during the day

Are you running a NAS that system could be accessing?

Yes, it's a UNRAID server, but isn't connected right now (network share)
