Missing Windows Update Cleanup after cancelling Disk Cleanup
I tried to be as concise as possible in the title but I will give as much info as I can here:
I noticed my laptop was lagging a bit so I checked my disk space and noticed it was at about 11 GB.
I decided to initiate Disk Cleanup via Setting-System-Storage-Free Up Space Now
After Scanning it showed I could free up approx. 16 GB of space with the Windows Update Cleanup. I accepted and allowed it to start cleaning.
I thought I could still check out my other setting while it was running so I hit the back arrow to look at other settings. When I went back in it looked like it canceled the cleanup and started scanning again.
After 1/2 hour of it simply saying "Scanning" I decided to close and attempt to reboot it to see if I can start the cleaning again. It hung for 15 Minutes on "Restarting" before I forced it off with the power button.
After starting it up again I went back into Cleanup the same way I had done and it did scan more or less successfully. However even though it scanned the Windows Update Cleanup the option to clean it isn't showing anymore. It didn't remove the full 16 GB as my disk is only showing 12.5 GB free space. so only 1.5 GB was cleaned.
Is there some way to get that option back? I tried running it as Admin via a search for the App. Or did I really mess something up by forcing the reboot like that when it seemed to hang?

Update:
I've Run cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535 and manually selected the Update Cleaner but nothing seemed to happen
I've also run SFC /SCANNOW and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with no issues detected
I have noticed I'll run the cleaner on what does come up, like the temp files, and scan immediately afterwards only to find the option to clean the same areas comes up again as though it never actually cleaned them.
