    Maybe this:

    Code:
    I have found the actual answer to this problem.
    1) Open Windows PowerShell with Administrator privileges
    2) Type the following command: Disable-WindowsErrorReporting
    3) Press Enter.
    If you see "True", then it worked. Error reporting is now disabled.

    What I need is :
    Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Change Settings > "Allow Troubleshooting to begin immediately when started " > (Disable)
    Using PowerShell or Registry or Command Prompt .
    I'm looking for it since last 1 Week but not getting it anywhere .

    Here's the registry location for that.

    (Disable)
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MSDT]
    "AllowSkipFirstPage"=dword:00000000

    (Enable)
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MSDT]
    "AllowSkipFirstPage"=dword:00000001
