windows 10 low gaming performance

ok i am playing battlefield 4 now while in game i view task manager there is a service state repository it takes cpu and my gaming hangs and fps drops what should i do

That is a Windows task. It may be that it is downloading a update / upgrade or even preparing to install. Nothing you can do.

it is always there and i have updates disabled

This problm was not there before why now it makes cpu spike in battlefield 4

I have not done anything thts why i asked and 1803 win 10 was best for gaming according to me
