Can't move screen
In "Edge" or "Yahoo Mail", I can't move the screen. I can, however move the screen in other applications.
When I click on the grey area at the top, I should be able to drag the screen up or down and sideways.

I've discovered that you have to put the pointer way up at the top edge and then you can move it.
