Today is a few days after 'Patch Tuesday', Tuesday 10th September, when a new Cumulative Update was released. You should by now have had the update and there will be new files to clean up. Check you update history, you should see a '2019-09 Cumulative update for Windows 10...' was installed on or shortly after the 10th, along with some other updates.
As I explained earlier in post #28 the use of hardlinks in the component store can make an installed update appear larger than it actually is. Your 2.90GB is what I typically see after a cumulative update has installed.
Tick the box for Windows Update Cleanup and click Remove files. They should all be deleted and the Windows Update Cleanup item should no longer appear under Temporary files. It should stay that way until you get the next cumulative update, expected on the second Tuesday of next month. Then you'll have more files to clean up.
