Weird Slowdowns / Freezing as of recently. upon startup

    Greetings again o/

ive been having a really major and annoying issue as of recently where i will boot my PC. and as i go down stairs for breakfast or what not it gives me enough time to get breakfast and reset the network adaptor. no more than a minute id say. and then i come back up to sign in and start launching everything up.

the only issue is. when i come back now and press a key to bring up the password screen. it takes like a good 20 seconds just for it to popup. typing is no problem. no lag or anything but when i hit enter its another 20 seconds to actually get to desktop. not only that upon inspection of task manager everything seems okey. but there is defo something wrong as the mouse cursor is lagging. launching programs is taking way longer than normal. and the task managers CPU seems to be not updating so its still showing as 0% usage. i know something is wrong cause my k70 RGB has a medium spinning LED config. which its frequently stopping and then catching up. being a indication of a CPU issue.

is anyone able to help me out here or diagnose the issue ???

Perform a clean boot state to find out if third-party service or program causing the issue.

Scan your computer for malware infection.

    Execute Sfc /Scannow command.

been doing a malware scan for the past hour now.

also i would like to do a clean boot the only problem is this issue seems to only occur after the PC has been shut down for a long period of time. ive tried waiting 30 seconds to 5 mins the issue doesn't reappear. its only once i shutdown and go to bed and wake up 6-8 hours later do i encounter this issue.

the pc will be in such a horrid state for performance then its all fine about 3-5 mins later after initial login to desktop. in total about 8 mins total roughly.

Disable Fast Boot from Power Options menu on the Control Panel.

Update graphics drivers from manufacturer website.,

Too many startup programs could be the culprit remove some startup programs from Task Manager.
