    I've done all that! (but did not add the LOCAL SERVICE "user" to the list of permissions)

    Are you saying that adding LOCAL SERVICE user will resolve the issue of other users not having permissions??

    P.S: I used a better method to grande permissions of the registry Keys using: RegOwnershipEx

    I don't know how RegOwnershipEx works if you follow my guide you will have permission to modify the service.

    How do you get this to work? I've added administrators as owners for both registry keys, gave full control to administrators, and even opened component services in administrator mode. But permissions for users remains grayed out.
