Daily system CPU usage being used at 18%-20% ntoskrnl to blame?

Okay so since I have done a fresh install of Windows on my ASUS ROG laptop and I have been noticing that daily for about 10-minuteness at a time. I have been getting my system using my CPU and ntoskrnl according to process explorer is the cause. I have also done the tests of enabling and disabling certain devices in device manager and no good so far. I have downloaded and used Windows performance analyzer for two minutes. I would like to send the file but it says its too big for this site so PM me.

Install latest versions of device drivers.

Scan your computer for potential malware.

    Troubleshoot in Clean Boot State.

This is a widely known issue. Some users have reported that it uses 100% of the CPU!

The problem is related to certain services, notably Superfetch. If you have an SSD, you can disable Superfetch; you don't need it.

Did that long time ago. Apparently Increasing my virtual memory seems to have fixed it somewhat. But it came back 5 days later as I'm typing this just now. Can I disable virtual memory since I have an SSD and my old HDD is a storage drive now?

You can if you have good amount of RAM size but some old programs depend on virtual memory they may not work very well.

Disable it and if you have any problem you can enable the virtual memory.

Okay so I'm still having this issue on and off, usually it will happen for 30 mins to almost an hour and go away for a few days if not a week, other times it will happen twice in a day. So I have done a DPC check here are some the results. Any ideas on this to resolve it? Biggest Offender so far is rspLLL64.sys.

Here are the finished results I have attached a Windows document at the bottom with the stat results.
