I did a cold boot again today and again it took several minutes. This time it hanged at the MSI logo splash screen. A different point.
So the problem is not resolved.

Check your BIOS settings, there should be some options similar to "quick boot", "memory test", "wait for fn", etc. Loading default values can help too.
What I don't understand is why it's very fast sometimes and sometimes very slow. Reboots are always fast.
It can be because thourough POST takes place only if you power on your comp (and do not press any key), not during restart. Some PCs behave this way.
Of course, it can be HW or BIOS misconfiguration problem too.
If you go in to task manger then starup top right it gives you bios times what does it say
