Identifying issues found in sfc /scannow

    Hi,

    I'm doing some PC troubleshooting.
Windows found some errors when I ran the system file checker.
    I ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth followed by sfc /scannow in an administrative cmd.

I've attached the CBS and SFCdetails.
I'm hoping somebody can help narrow or identify the issues.
Please let me know if you need additional logs or info.

    Thanks for the help!

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    There are hash mismatches.
    This is a known problem.

sfc /scannow found corrupted file that could not be corrected.
