SFC scan found corrupt files and was unable to fix some of them.

In accordance with the title, I decided to run an SFC scan after I had to forcibly shut my laptop down after a system freeze. It did find corrupt files and was unable to fix all of them. I've included the CBS.log file if a diagnosis is possible. My laptop is the Dell G3 as listed in my system specs. Thanks!

Run this command as Admin - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    then re-run sfc /scannow

Thanks for the help! I've followed all of your steps and here is the fresh CBS.log along with the DISM log as included in the attachment.

The corruption is a known problem with a recent update for the Defender antivirus platform. Run DISM as advised and it will fix it. Your CBS.log includes...

I read the thread mentioned above and did exactly as you stated. After running DISM and then SFC again it was able to fix all problems by itself this time. Turns out it was just Windows 10 simply being its good ol' self yet again. Thanks for taking your time to help! I'll upload the new DISM and CBS logs upon request if required. :)

I saw this on another reddit post about the Ryzen3000 discussion and it was suggested it is a bug in Windows or Defender of one of the last updates. So whats going on here, are these files corrupted and everyone should do a Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth ?

Seems a Defender platform update was to blame. Looks like the files themselves aren't corrupted, but the hash values supplied with them were incorrect.

No, not quite. they should use Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth followed by a restart then SFC /ScanNow for is a complete fix for this 'bug'.
