explorer.exe constantly using my secondary HDD

Hello,
I noticed recently that my hard drive is constantly doing something (not sure if it's reading or writing), and when I've opened Process Explorer, I noticed that explorer.exe is accessing my music folders. They're shared to my smart TV. It's accesing my music folders, and that is ok, but also it's accesing whole hard drive.

EDIT: When I renamed one of the folders, it suddenly stopped doing that, weird isn't it ? I guess Windows remembered it somewhere so baisiclly this shouldn't be malware-related.

See if you have indexing turned on, it's used to speed up searches, but it's a resource piggy.

Check the properties of a hard drive in explorer by right clicking it under THIS PC, then properties, and under the GENERAL tab, it's the lowest check box: Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed...

After some time, I realized that this is malware-related. My pc was infected with Bitcoin Miner which wasn't that agressive, but slowed PC down a bit. I used Kaspersky's Virus Removal Tool to delete it. It's a bit quiter, but the problem still isn't solved.

I did that 2 weeks ago, it doesn't have bad sectors. Does anyone know how to check and do potential replacement of Toshiba's HDD firmware ? I need for DT01ACA100.

I used indexing already, it's indexed, but always it shows a weird folder with a name like css:{123-4567...}
Is it, again some kind of malware ?

Since you had one, I'd run malwarebyte's anti-malware and see what that finds to deal with....

I run multiple things to catch viruses and other sneaky crap, and use pro-active browsers with A/V features built in.

I'm using Bitdefender 2019 Internet suite, you can find lots to think about here:

There lots of weird naming in windows folders, including a secret one for GOD mode.

I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and HitmanPro. The first one tried to delete some parts of my useful programs. The second one found nothing.
