Wish to restore Windows 10 to perfect health.

Hi, I am using Lenovo Yoga 710-15IKB. During the May 2019 update my Windows 10 got stuck and got corrupted and stopped booting so I reset my Pc and removed everything. After that I installed the May 2019 update with the Windows 10 Update Assistant. After that I again reset my Pc and removed everything. Now my Pc is working fine but I wish to restore my Windows 10 to perfect health since I have been using the Pc for long time and during which there arrived a lot of updates some broken, stuck, some failed to install and also I have used a lot of programs. So all of this must have created some errors, bugs and some parts of my Windows 10 must be incomplete or buggy. So I wish to restore my Windows 10 to its original perfect condition, the condition when Windows 10 is installed for the first time. Kindly inform me how can I do that. Best regards. :)

Yes, try a repair install instead of a clean install which is basically what a feature update does.

Use the following commands to check and repair system health without needing to do a clean or repair install.

    1. Run sc /scannow from an admin a command prompt
    2. Use DISM to scan the image for component store corruption. Run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth from an admin command prompt.
    3. Use DISM to scan the image for component store corruption, perform repair operations automatically. Run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth from an admin command prompt

Repair install works well....so much less hassle....download the latest ISO from Microsoft.

What you mean by "I reset my Pc and removed everything" ?

The only way to get rid of previous installations is a Clean install (deleting all partitions) as Ztruker suggested.
Backup your data to an external disk as Clean install will format your disk.

During reset you can choose not to keep anything and that would be same as kill everything and do clean install but you can also choose to keep your programs and files and just replace system files. Manual, full clean install is needed only if you can't boot to existing windows and can't repair them.

The only difference is you don't delete all existing partitions which would be preferable if you were having boot problems.
In this case, a reset keeping nothing should do the trick.

I don't think a "reset keeping nothing" is like a Clean Install.
    - Where does a "reset keeping nothing" loads from? Does it reinstall or just clean the current installation?
    - Does it uninstall the drivers installed after the original clean install?
    - Does it clean Register to factory defaults?

Navy reported that on a Clean install of ver 1903 there is no Recovery Partition. I did an update from ver 1809 to 1903 and the recovery partition is still there.
So forgive me, but as OP asked how to get rid of all traces of previous installations, the only solution is a Clean install, deleting all partitions and starting from a clean (RAW) disk.
