These services with numbers cannot be disabled, it says parameter incorrect and even in regedit if i set it to 4. It still starts. I don't use sync, or mail, etc. There 2 services in regedit of same name, one with number and one without, i disabled both and it still starts. So annoying...
I don't see contact_data_xxxx in my services but I noticed on other ones with numbers after them like userdatasvc_xxx that 1903 changed them and now you can't edit/stop in services, you get an error message of something like "the parameter value is incorrect".
In 1809 you could alter them, but I haven't checked the registry.
Edit: There is a program WPD which I think stops some of these type services and has been updated for 1903.
I don't know if it works as I use MS mail app but I would export the service keys first and then try it if you like.

the dependency are hinden on these,I think there connected to Unistoresvc_xxxx, Userdatasvc_xxxx, OneSyncSvc_xxxx.

Unistore_svc3d123 keep launching, even i disabled PimIndexMaintenanceSvc, it is set to 4 in regedit. And i had already disabled this unistore too. God i hate windows, it is so bloated with useless services and apps. Windows 7 had at least custom install. And after update everything resets and it is difficult to automate everything, regedit is easy, but other setting not so much.
