On the HD tune I see some warnings. Your disk may be failing. Backup your data.
    Download CrystalDiskMark6_0_2.zip
It's a portable, doesn't need to be installed. Unzip and run.
You will have all information about all the drives.

I would recommend a small (128G) SSD for windows and programs. Use Kari tutorial to move C:\users to the D:\users (HDD).
You will have the speed of a SSD and the space of a HDD. Most important is that all temp files are also moved to the HDD.

There are other tests (for academic purposes) to run on the problematic drive.
Once files are backed up comment into the thread.

The problematic drive can also be disconnected from the computer for several days.
Then report into thread about performance changes.

If there are no problems then that can complete the thread.
If there are problems without the problematic drive then further testing can be performed.

Hey guys, as of today, there have been 7 days in a row without a single problem!

The graphics problem happened because of a driver update problem the day before and Nvidia fixed it right away so no problems there.

As for the main problem, it hasn't happened at all! I may wait for 2-3 more days just to make sure, but it's now safe to assume that it's probably solved. What happened was that after the problem happening again, I completely pulled out the PSU and just put it back in there and that fixed it. I changed nothing, I only did that.

So, as I said, I may wait for 2-3 more days, but I don't think anything will change. If that's the case, I'll mark this thread as "solved". I'll report back in 2 days with what's going on!

So, after 11 days in a row with no problem at all, I guess I should mark this as "solved". It seems that unplugging and replugging everything on the PSU solved it.
