SFC scannow and DISM can't repair MicrosoftEdgeSquare44x44

So I ran sfc scannow because I feel something odd about my windows, I have felt this since couple months ago. The result was "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them". Below I attach my cbs log. I did run the sfc scannow couple times and I found in the cbs log that I have corrupt files, which is:
    Code:

I feel my problem is related to MicrosoftEdgeSquare44x44 but I didn't know how to fix them since I have tried using DISM with install.wim and it couldn't complete because there is a problem with the source(error 0x800f081f). According to user gazyg in this thread at answers.microsoft.com, he fix it by manually copying the corrupt files from another windows 10 pro(same version) so I'm wondering if it's really the only solution. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hi, assuming your disk and file system are intact, which you can check e.g. using
HD Tune (free) Health and Error scan tabs
    and
    chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or powershell prompt

then you could use the tool/sequence in post #2 here:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

or you could perform an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data.
For this you need an iso (freely downloadable) of the same build as you have installed.Tutorial available in the Tutorial section if needed.

(Briefly: log in, mount iso, run setup.exe).

What is your Windows build? Sadly it's not a forum requirement, so we have to keep asking and people don't put it in their specs.

Thank you for your reply, the hd tune error scan is all green and the health it is 100%. Chkdsk completed and no problems nor bad sector.

My Windows 10 Pro x64 build is version 1903 (OS Build 18362.175). Actually I've already did the in-place upgrade yesterday but somehow if failed with the error said "The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation" and the code "Error 0x8007002C - 0x4000D" according to microsoft site, I should re-do the in-place upgrade with clean boot but I haven't tried it yet.

I did tool/sequence in post #2 in the link you mention and still no dice. I attached the result. Should I do the in-place upgrade in clean boot as the last resort?

    Bump, still no dice
