    The laptop is a pavilion 17, AMD processor, I live in Ukraine now, I bought it from a local tech store, their website is ttt.ua

    They have no english so i cant help.

    ALso try to go into bios and load save defaults.
    Restart and hit F2 to enter into the BIOS. Choose load defaults, save and exit.
