    Is Something Wrong With DISM and SFC?


    I usually run "chkdsk /scan" and either "DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth" or "SFC /verifyonly" periodically. Lately, neither command seems to work. They just hang and do not appear to be initiated. The command
    "DISM /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth" doesn't work either. I have attached screenshots. Do I need to do a "repair/install" to correct this?

    Any help is appreciated ...

    I did a repair/install that seems to have the problem corrected. I had several questionable updates from Microsoft over the last few days. After installing, my system just wasn't running well. Now, they are backed out, and it seems to be fine. Anyone else have this issue?
