Computer Freezes Daily, Event Monitor not helping
I built a computer for my boss a while back. It is a 7700k with a quadro p1000 and ASRock Extreme4 Z270. I can't put my finger on exactly when it started but it was about 2 months ago if I had to guess. Basically it will freeze up once or twice a day. Seems like usage or open programs are irrelevant as it does it even with nothing open. The only way to correct it is hold the power button until it shuts off. The reset button does nothing for some reason. I have tried different video card drivers, going back to year old ones, nothing. It has an M.2 960 Evo, ran test on that came up clean. Event monitor doesnt seem to show much, lots of little warnings and a few critical but they dont seem to even coincide with the time that it froze.
In the 2 month period the only thing that I can think of is we changed to outlook email account/using microsoft outlook, and I upgraded it to 1809. I have since upgraded to 1903 (yesterday) and the issue remains. I haven't looked into outlook and there was an error about unresolved DNS server and that seemed to be around the time it mighta happened. It's hard to tell because this computer is left unattended for long periods and most of the time when it is attended it has already froze up and has to be restarted.
Any help would be much appreciated. Whatever I need to post on here, logs, anything, let me know and I will make it happen. Thanks
