Event ID 455, since upgrading to v1903 18362.116

    I upgraded Windows 10 to the newly released v1903 Build 18362.116 on 23/05/2019 01:30

Within the next 24 hours, 32 events with Event ID 455, from the Source ESENT, were recorded in the Application log, with the message:
    svchost (xxxxx,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.

    Any ideas?

no, but I have same problem, I can't find what is triggering it, the path is not there (no TileDataLayer folder), though there is a path here in user "C:\Users\Ed\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database"
I was looking to turn it off in perfmon.

    Just one .

During the first 3 days I had version 1903, I didnt get this Error 455. But this morning, I noticed that immediately after deleting/cleaning up the Windows.old folder, Error 455 started getting logged in Windows Event Log. You probably deleted Windows.old soon after installing 1903, so it didn't click that deleting the folder caused the issue. I thought you ll like to know this, that's why I am telling you.

End result: The fix posted by kevtech.worked for me also.

How many people here are having the event ID 455 that also "fixed" the event Id 1534 in 1809? I think this event 455 is related to this event 1534 that has to do with the tile data layer database.
New 1809 update now shows this in Event Viewer
Am I onto something here? I also think it may be the problem causing events VSS Errors 8193 and 13
