The command: ' perfmon /report ' is timing out/not completing

I've run this command many times without issue, but now after just a few seconds I get this error message:



How can I resolve this?

I've gotten that error myself. . .

I went here: C:\perflogs\System\Diagnostics . . . and deleted a bunch of these logs.





I don't know if that's the right thing to do, but it seemed to work. . . .

I just updated to version 1903 and got the same result.
