disabling dwm access denied

I created another post since my first got unasnwered 20 days and editing doesn't bring up my question.
I am trying to terminate dwm on windows 10, i found this guide dwm - Temporarily disable Desktop Composition in Windows 10? - Super User
After i suspend explorer.exe i try to terminate dwm and it says access denied, even i added my admin account as owner and full control. It is important to disable this process cause huge input lag! And it should be possible, don't know why this doesnt work.

I am both confused and curious.... You say dwm is an input lag but that's a bit vague.
Exactly why would you need to disable it in the first place . Is it causing problems, if so what kind?
What are your system specs? Knowing them might help to find a work around.

Wow you are the boss it worked !!! I didn't find this one. Only if it would be possible to make script to automatize process, i don't know if resource mon takes commands from cmd or something.
Btw dwm create a lot of input lag as any apprearance features, it was proven, all pro gamers disabled it on win 7 and you can feel it.
EEH, slight issue here, can't launch game, after i disable dwm.exe, it cannot idenditify driver or something. Even i start game first and than disable it, i have black screen and cursor flashing. I am trying to play starcraft 2. Such a dissapointment, it already helped alot with inpup lag disabling dwm.
I have geforce 780 nvidia drivers 418.91, windows 10 pro 64 bit build 1903 preview. What else do you need to know ?

EDIT: ah you have to launch in windowed mode, but it can degrade performance. I guess it is a tradeoff. Depends if you have enough fps than better turn it off. I have problem with taskbar, it bugged and was showing in game and if i accidentaly click on something on taskbar, than whole system freeze and i have to restart pc manually! And autohide taskbar doesn't help since, when you move mouse over there it will show up.
