Slow Boot in Windows10 - ok POST time, but too long to logon screen

I have reviewed other similar threads with hopes I could troubleshoot this on my own but I'm having trouble getting familiar with the Windows Performance Analyzer. I have ran and saved a Boot Trace. Its here_> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bHDB8ES0jLYIfFt7--KSxVH08DeamyET/view?usp=sharing

After POST the windows boot time, the time until I see the logon screen, is too long. My PC boots from the NVME drive so things should be quick. As far as I can see, the boot phases, session init and winlogon init, seem too long. I know there are some experts out there that can read my boot trace and possibly find the culprit service, etc. Thanks for helping.

Hi @ShrakAtak and welcome to tenforums.

from the boot trace, you total boot time is 58,71s. there are 30s spent at the pre-session init phase, which is a lot for a config like yours.

Looking at what's causing this delay (28s), reveal that is caused by the system trying to start a network device.

After looking closer to that, it seems that the network device is a Wireless AC 1200 Dual bande Usb Adapter.

Remove this device and do a test.

Thanks for analyzing! I will look at this later today.

I removed the device and updated the driver. Its was giving me removed USB device loop so i had to reinstall the drivers and reboot and then remove the device. Then reboot again. Boot time significantly improved. I ran another boot trace, get it here-> https://drive.google.com/file/d/19iN...ew?usp=sharing
The boot time is still a bit long so looking to work on it some more. Thanks again!

I was wondering if anyone can take a second look at my boot trace ? The boot time is a little quicker now but i'm still getting a long boot time as compared to my older PC.
