    Try reagentc /enable several times and reboot each time, else post 6 should work. Peruse the contents of the recovery partition using MiniTool Partition Wizard to check the partition does contain the recovery files.

    Open command prompt(admin)
    type> diskpart
    type> select disk 0
    type> list volume
    type> list partition
