ram usage issues

    Try running the following in a cmd window.

    regsvr32 unarc.dll

    The error is related to not enough hard drive space. 76gb is a lot for a package holding compressed data.

    You should check the space on your hard drive or SSD and then look at the advice above from bro67. There is a good chance either you did not have enough space or the files became corrupted.

    If there is something you are unsure of, please ask first before doing anything.

    I do have enough space in my hard drive. I will follow the steps you provided and report back thanks a lot and i appreciate your help

    You should note the HDD/SSD space requirements before installing any Game. This is basic stuff.

    Almost certainly you were out HDD/SSD space, your image you removed suggested that.
