    Interpreting sfc /scannow results

My W10 Pro PC is running quite well. I decided to run sfc /scannow and came up with the following results:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to
fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS
log file located at windir\logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are
included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag. PS
    C:\WINDOWS\system32

Anything to be concerned about since the machine is working well?

    Hello Ed,

You could use Option 5 in the tutorial below to get your sfc details from the log and post them here to see what was found.

After viewing the results you may be able to fix the operating system corruption running DISM commands:

If there is dism corruption, or failure to complete you may be able to fix the corruption by performing an in place upgrade repair:
