    If you boot the Install Media, in the lower left corner will be an R for repair. Go there and work yourself to a command prompt, and do the diskpart commands from there. Since you are not booted from the HDD, those partitions are not active, and can be totally wiped clean.

    Just press Shift+F10. Instant command prompt.
