    Maybe read this:

Set Aside Groups of Tabs in Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 | Tutorials

In Edge - right-click on a tab and select “Reopen closed tab”, or press Ctrl+Shift+T

Not sure if that still works as I cannot test.

Vivaldi is an amazing Browser and the new Tab stacking feature is slick. I haven't converted yet but I'm seriously considering it.
Like @Callender I dumped Edge too. I use Seamonkey for my primary browser, Vivaldi, Firefox and IE for alternates.

Thanks again. Mostly it's due to me opening articles in my email newspaper or other links of interest to look at later. Most of the time I forget to do so, which leads me to the problem. I suppose just closing Edge totally every day would help, but I don't want to miss out.
Edge has a nice feature called the "reading list", which acts as a set of bookmarks that you can save for later. You can use ctrl-M to add to the reading list. It's available in the sidbar, by the favorites.

Reading list items are considered different from favorites. Favorites are permanent, but reading list items are intended to be shorter lived.

Here it goes again. The computer is overloaded. I closed 3 tabs on Edge that were using over 1GB of RAM, but it's still giving me serious trouble. I will see how many I need to close to get it back. See attached after I closed three 1GB tabs.

I've noticed a couple sites I frequent are high on the load list and it seems to be from the ad vids they auto-load.

I've noticed that Edge Manager and the User Interface Service under Edge shoot up in CPU use when I'm closing miscreant tabs. In any event, I'm trying Vivaldi now.

I also turned off auto-play videos in Edge. Let's see what that does.
