Hi InBarak. Welcome to the TenForums @InBarak

Please check your boot order in your BIOS?

    When did this start?

What changes were made just before this started, hardware, software or other?

Have you made any changes in BIOS?

Watch the video carefully, look at the rotating dots beneath the m/board logo at your step 1. They are the BootStatusIndicator* and are showing you that Windows has already started loading. The m/board logo is replacing the generic 'blue window' BootLogo*, Dell is another OEM that puts their own logo on the boot screen in place of the 'window'. Everything from Step 1 on is part of the normal Windows boot sequence.
