UEFI Windows Boot Manager Keeps taking boot priority.

I cloned over to an SSD, and now I can't boot right into windows after a new day boot or restart.

I've changed the priority in the bios, tinkered in MSConfig, and even ran the CMD prompt bcdedit /set {bootmgr} timeout 0

Explain what happens and do you have the original disk in the system as well?

I don't have a disk anymore, I do however have a recovery file on a usb drive. Reinstalling fresh is not an option.

First boot is always UEFI which the computer powers on but the screens are blank. 2nd boot it loads straight into windows.

Your windows are not installed as UEFI but with BIOS in legacy mode.

I'm not sure how to fix that but I have the next 10 hours at work to figure it out.

There would be an EFI partition on the Disk 0 if it wasn't installed in Legacy BIOS mode.
