Anyone with CHKDSK expertise? Do I have anything to worry about?

For those with CHKDSK expertise, are there any concerns with below report?

What would have caused this check?

    Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.

One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
    that you continue.
Windows will now check the disk.

Cleaning up 2161 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 2161 unused security descriptors.
    Security descriptor verification completed.

    CHKDSK is verifying Usn Journal...

CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap.

Windows has made corrections to the file system.
    No further action is required.

Please wait while your computer restarts.

I've removed internal info but don't think there's anything personally identifiable here?

No. All the detected errors are logical errors, not physical drive errors.

What would have caused this check?

An abrupt shut down, such as a loss of power or a BSOD.

While in use, there is a 'dirty' bit set on a drive which is cleared on an orderly shut down. If this bit it still set at the next boot then it triggers a chkdsk such as this one, saying "One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency....".

It has found errors to the file system and corrected them the disk it's self shows no hardware errors. The normal cause of this is unexpected shut down or system crash were data was in memory but didn't get written to the disk

Reevaluate the drive in several weeks with chkdsk /r /v to see whether there are or are not recurrent frequent problems with the drive file system.
