Windows 10 won't wake up- black screen with mouse activity1809 versio

Until recently my PC (Firefox Quantum 61.0.1 64bit// Windows 10 //1809 (OS Build 17763.316) 64bit /// Firefox ESR 52.1.0 - 32 bit 4 GB Memory/ AMD Radeon HD 7700 series Video Card//N68C-GS FX2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core / ) always woke up with the touch of a key.. for the past week it wakes up to no info to screen .. therefore black screen. alt /control /delete does nothing .. and only way out is to power power down with power button off .. . plus I pull the ac plug for a few seconds to clear the bios .. I have the latest updates and Fix Me stick finds no malware etc ..

so I restored reinstalled windows 10 .. and it went to sleep during the install , ( black screen) and I had to pull the plug again .. not good..
so I turned off all sleep and hibernation under power management and then restored windows 10 again.. ( with files saved) .. took a day and a half to reinstalled drivers , and programs etc ..

and then to find out the PC still won't wake up from sleep .. I prefer to keep the PC 'alive' during the day to 'wake' up to perform functions , but don't fancy the idea of a cold boot to start up .

Has the recent updates altered this? don't think so as my laptop with win 10 can be woken up to a windows 10 log in page .. Do I have to do a full restore instead ? which I prefer not to do ..
I have look into as many sites on this problem but it does not solve my situation ..

Hi, try these from a command prompt:
    powercfg /DEVICEQUERY wake_from_any

    and
    powercfg /DEVICEQUERY wake_armed
    - this lists devices enabled to wake your PC.

    For info on this command:
    powercfg /?
    and powercfg /<option> /?

Please post the results of both.
