    Hi,
    First welcome to Tenforums.
According to the boot phase, your desktop is shown after 24s ! How did you measure the 1m 15s boot time?

If there is any delay, it seems it's happening prior to the OS loading!
The boot trace shows that the login screen is shown after 8s from the boot.
How many times the logo stay displayed?

what's the value (in decimal) of this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power\FwPOSTTime

It tells the value of the POST duration.

    Did you updated the bios?
What's the device boot order in the bios?
Is there any external or usb device connected during the boot phase?
Have you another os (Linux) installed with Windows 10 ?

Are you sure you've properly disabled Bitlocker ? past the result of the following command: manage-bde –status
