Do you have any other drives connected which contain an active partition since this can delay / confuse the bot process? You can use MiniTool Partition Wizard to check this and set them to inactive.
I had a drive was MBR and I convert it into GPT but the boot problem still the same. I also removed all drives and USB and left only the SSD but also problem remain.

Any other ideas / suggestions ?

Please confirm the delay is for the Windows login screen to appear and not the desktop after logging in.

Have you recently installed an update or new program which might cause this behaviour? Use Autrouns to check / disable what is loading at startup.

I once had a slow boot following an update to Malware bytes which was cured by uninstalling / reinstalling Malware bytes for some reason.

You can check whether C: is aligned or has file system errors, or open msconfig.exe and check whether there are multiple apps/services set to start during startup.

Suggest you turn it off then check for improvement - see Turn On or Off BitLocker for Operating System Drive in Windows 10
